FAFSA can not be submitted until after January 1, 2012

1.) Each student and 1 parent will need a pin number. 
     (To receive your pin number log on to www.pin.ed.gov)

2.) Social security numbers for student and parents.

3.) Driver's license (if you have one).

4.) 2011 W-2 forms and other records of money earned.

5.) Student and Parents 2011 Federal Income Tax Return.

6.) Any untaxed income (workers compensation, child support, veterans noneducation benefit records).

7.) Current bank statements (if applicable).

8.) Your current business and investment mortgage information, business and farm records, stock, bond and other investment records.

9.) Your alien registration or permanent resident card (if you are not a U.S. citizen).
